The contractor blames the roofing manufacturer’s product for the failure, and the manufacturer blames the contractor for the faulty installation. This standoff often leaves the homeowner out in the rain. Our Presidential Accountability states that should a manufacturer make excuses and refuse to honor their warranty, we will accept personal responsibility and repair your roof at no charge to you for the term of your agreement.

Not completely satisfied after 365 days? We’ll correct the problem or your money back, guaranteed.

We will give you 365 days to “test drive” your new roof. If, after the first 365 days you are not completely satisfied with the customer service or the performance of the roof, we will correct the problem. If that still doesn’t make you comfortable with your decision just give us a call and we will remove the roof and then refund 100% of your investment.
